Steering Committee Meetings
BMT CTN Steering Committee meetings are held monthly. To receive meeting announcements and Outlook calendar invitations, ensure you are on the Steering Committee communication roster by contacting bmtctn@nmdp.org.
In-person Steering Committee meetings, with virtual participation available, are held each February, June, and October. The February meeting is held on the Tuesday before the Tandem Meetings; June and October locations may vary.

Virtual BMT CTN Steering Committee meetings are held on the third Monday of each month, except during months with an in-person meeting. In January, the meeting is held on the fourth Monday because of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. Meetings are scheduled from 10:00–11:30 a.m. PT, 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. MT, 12:00–1:30 p.m. CT, and 1:00–2:30 p.m. ET. Outlook invitations are sent in three-month series.
